All-Threaded Rod

Nedschroef Corporation stocks quenched and tempered All-Threaded Rod in 12 foot lengths and a wide range of diameters, meeting the requirements of the ASTM A193 and A320 standards. Various grades of All-Threaded Rod are on the shelf for applications requiring high strength, good low-temperature impact resistance, or high strength in a corrosive environment. Typical end-uses for this All-Threaded Rod include bolting material in pressure vessels, valves, flanges, and fittings for high temperature service.

Featured All-Threaded Rod Grades:

ASTM A193 All-Threaded Rod Grade B7
This Chrome-Moly carbon steel alloy has a minimum tensile strength of 125,000 psi and is the workhouse material for manufacturers of high temperature stud bolts.

ASTM A193 All-Threaded Rod Grade B16
This oil quenched Chrome-Moly-Vanadium carbon steel alloy has a minimum tensile strength of 125,000 psi and exhibits properties of high fatigue and wear strength. This All-Threaded Rod grade has good mechanical properties in elevated temperature environments.

ASTM A320 All-Threaded Rod Grade L7
This All-Threaded Rod grade has all the performance characteristics of ASTM A193 All-Threaded Rod Grade B7 with the additional property of enhance low temperature impact strength.

ASTM A193 All-Threaded Rod Grades B8 and B8M
Grade B8 All-Threaded Rod is a carbide solution treated 304 stainless steel and grade B8M All-Threaded Rod is a carbide solution treated 316 stainless steel. Both grades of All-Threaded Rod come as either Class 1 or the strain hardened version, Class 2. The strain hardening of All-Threaded Rod results in an increase in strength and hardness.
